About The Position
Event Staff are the people who make every 904.meets event possible.
From welcoming attendees and assisting vendors to helping manage traffic and keeping events organized, our staff plays a vital role in creating a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for everyone who attends.
We're looking for dependable, respectful individuals who enjoy working with others and take pride in representing the 904.meets community. Previous event experience is always appreciated, but it isn't required. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are far more important.
If you're passionate about the automotive community and want to help create events that people genuinely look forward to attending, we'd love to have you on the team.
Responsibilities
What Event Staff Do:
Assist with event setup and teardown
Welcome and assist attendees
Help direct traffic and parking
Support vendors and sponsors
Answer questions and provide information
Monitor assigned areas during the event
Represent 904.meets in a professional manner
Help maintain a safe and organized environment
Communicate with staff using radios when needed
Step in wherever help is needed

Requirements
Before You Apply
Must be at least 16 years old
Reliable transportation to and from events
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs when assisting with setup
Available to work assigned event shifts
Willing to represent 904.meets professionally at all times while on duty
